What we have published, and how we will report on our own work.
The Game of Giving is new. So far we have published twenty-two stories, all seventeen guides in the Nonprofit Playbook, and a directory covering fourteen areas of charitable work. We will report on our own work the way we ask nonprofits to report on theirs, with real figures and a stated method.
What we will report
Our first report will cover our first full quarter of operation. Figures appear here only once they exist.

- Contributor posts publishedUpdates, events, and reports from member organizations, counted after editorial review.
- Places representedDistinct cities and towns of the organizations we cover or publish.
- Volunteer opportunities listedActive volunteer calls posted by member organizations.
- Playbook readersUnique readers of the Nonprofit Playbook, from privacy-respecting analytics.
What we will not do
We will not publish estimates presented as results, count page views as impact, or take credit for money raised by the organizations we cover. If we make an error in a figure, we will correct it on this page and say so.
